HAIR SALON FOR LADIES: If you want to schedule services that require a few hours of work, and you do not show up or cancel on time (24h before),  you will be charged 50% of the price of the scheduled service the next time you arrive. If you schedule multiple appointments in the same name, and in case you do not cancel or do not show up on time, we will be forced to charge 50% of the price of the services to the client in whose name the appointments are scheduled. In case of cancellation of an appointment for services that last less than 2 hours (blow-drying, haircut…), it is necessary to cancel the appointment 3 hours earlier, and for services that last longer than 2 hours (colors, keratins, treatments…) it is necessary to cancel 24 hours earlier.

MEDSPA.BROWS.NAILS: Dear clients, in order to protect our time and the time of all our clients, a house rule has been introduced, which you agree to the moment you schedule an appointment in our MedSpa.brows.nails section of the salon. The rule is that for every no-show at the booked appointment or failure to cancel it at least 3 hours in advance, the salon charges you for booking the appointment in the amount of 50% of the service you booked.
